All sales made through the My Race Number website are subject to My Race Number’s return policy.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email My Race Number at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your RMA prior to shipping merchandise back to My Race Number. My Race Number will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number.
Personalized MRN Apparel
- Because our products are custom made, we cannot resell them, if returned. Upon processing an order, all sales are final and returns and/or exchanges are not permitted. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or edit your order. If we have not yet processed your order, we will gladly cancel or edit your order, and refund your money or adjust your order, as requested.
- My Race Number stands behind the quality of its products. If you experience a manufacturer defect, contact us and we will fix or replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
- Should a mistake arise, contact us within 30 days and we will ship you a corrected replacement, or we will refund your money at your discretion.
- If you experience an issue with your order, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue and we will determine a reasonable solution to your problem.
- Should you make an error during the ordering process (misspelled name, incorrect number, etc.), we cannot return or exchange your product.
- My Race Number reserves the right to change this policy at any time, with or without notice. My Race Number also reserves the right to deny any claim for change, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, cancellation, or any other claim not stated here at our discretion.
All Other Items
- My Race Number will replace any product that proves defective or was shipped in error at no cost to the customer.
- To return an item you must contact us within 30 days from the date your package arrived. My Race Number is not responsible for any damage to or loss of returned packages. We strongly suggest insuring the returned package(s) through your chosen carrier.
- All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Exchanges on manufacturers defects are acceptable.
- If you return an item from a combo and/or package offer for a refund, you will receive a refund based on the originally priced product. My Race Number will not accept exchanges for clearance or discounted items.
- Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Instructions for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return the item.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Email My Race Number at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
- All returned items must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging.
- Returns must be received by My Race Number within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
- My Race Number is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We strongly suggest you insure the returned package through your chosen carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen carrier.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
- My Race Number will send the replacement item(s) upon successful receipt of the original item(s).
- Cross-ship: For the fastest service, My Race Number can cross-ship orders that were purchased with a credit card. My Race Number will temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item(s). When My Race Number receives the cross-shipped item(s), the additional charges will be refunded. If you do not wish for us to temporarily charge your credit card for the cross-shipped items, the standard exchange method will be used.
- Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
Return Shipping Methods
- Please return all items via ground shipping.
- Please note that third-party shippers, including UPS Store, FedEx Kinko’s, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. My Race Number does not reimburse these charges.
- Please do not return any items via COD; our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- In instances where My Race Number has shipped an incorrect item, My Race Number will reimburse the cost of ground shipping.
- Please enclose the receipt in the return package.

We reserve the right to reject any order you submit, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without explanation. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you provided. My Race Number may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same My Race Number website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. My Race Number reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
