If you visit or shop at myracenumber.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future My Race Number service or business (e.g., Your Account, Promotions, Etc.) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

MRN may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms & conditions to which you are bound. Your linking to the site, third party off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk and without the permission of My Race Number.

MRN has not reviewed all of the sites linked to MyRaceNumber.com and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to its site.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this MyRaceNumber.com web site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

MRN does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use MyRaceNumber.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

MRN reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.  My Race Number may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the My Race Number Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. My Race Number reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the My Race Number Web site at any time without prior notice.

My Race Number LLC is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

My Race Number attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, My Race Number does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The My Race Number Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.  There may also be slight variations of the product from the My Race Number website to what is actually provided, however, these will be small and not affect the product quality or appearance.

 

ORDERS AND PRICING

With respect to items sold by My Race Number, we cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is through the shopping cart; however, since we do charge your credit card immediately, if there is an error, we will correct it immediately with your credit card company.  Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Because My Race Number does business throughout the World and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the My Race Number Web site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. My Race Number only collects taxes from the state of Michigan, USA residents.  All non Michigan, USA residents are responsible for claiming and/or paying taxes on purchases from My Race Number as required by the laws governing the customer’s place of residence.  For residents of the state of Michigan, USA, (only) that has tax-exempt status, please contact our customer relations division by email to customer service@myracenumber.com. You will be required to provide your state tax-exempt certification prior to purchase. Please note: My Race Number reserves the right not to sell to resellers.

You may pay for your orders in accordance with a credit card or debit card as allowed by PayPal.  Please refer to the PayPal payment terms for more information.  You may also pay by certified check or money order, or by a personal check. 

NOTE: Money order or check orders will not be processed until the check has cleared and we have received payment in full to our account.

Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. See order limitation section for more information.  If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.  Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately upon ordering, so if we reject an order, we will process a refund immediately to your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The My Race Number Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and My Race Number reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, My Race Number will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with My Race Number's Return Policy (please see return policy for full details on returns).

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales made through the My Race Number Web site are subject to My Race Number's return policy.

1. Due to the fact that our products are custom made for our customers, they can not be resold if returned.  Therefore, once we have started processing an order the sale is final and we will not be able to make a return or exchange.  If you want to cancel or change an order, you must contact us immediately.  If we have not started processing your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money or change it as requested at our discretion. 
2. My Race Number stands behind the quality of its products.  If there is a manufacturer defect, simply contact us and we will fix or replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. 
3. If we make a mistake we will correct it and send you a replacement or refund your money at our discretion.  Should a mistake arise, simply contact us within 30days. 
4. For any issues or concerns with an order, please include your order number and a description of the issue or concern and we will do everything we can to come to an acceptable solution. 
5. If you make a mistake we can not return or exchange your product. 
6. My Race Number reserves the right to change this policy at any time, with or without notice.  My Race Number also reserves the right to deny any claim for change, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, cancellation or any other claim not stated here at our discretion.

ORDER LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.  My Race Number may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. My Race Number also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same My Race Number Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. My Race Number reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to My Race Number's shipping policies.

 

All U.S. domestic orders (includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will be shipped U.S. Priority 2 Day Mail.

 

All non domestic orders will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail which will take 5-10 business days.

 

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received by MRN with a confirmation from our customer service department, within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Upon a request by MRN, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Race Number from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees that arise from your violation of these Terms of Use or your use or misuse of the Materials or this website. My Race Number reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with My Race NUmber in asserting any available defenses.
